The Taraa Story

The cuisine at Taraa is inspired by the rich and diverse culinary heritage of Northern India- a tradition renowned for its bold, aromatic flavours and meticulous preparation techniques.

Our chefs bring years of experience and deep-rooted knowledge to the kitchen, using time-honoured recipes that have been refined across generations. Every curry is slow-cooked to develop layers of flavour. Every spice blend is carefully balanced by hand. Every tandoori dish is prepared in our traditional clay oven, delivering that unmistakable smoky char and succulent tenderness.
